Thank You for registering for the 2012 Texas Two Step Specialty Show! In order to successfully register, follow these simple steps.

1. Visit Caper-dogs.com and complete.
2. Once completed, click on either "Email Form" or "Print Form" located at the bottom of page 1.
   1. Email Form: Your default email application (Outlook, Mail, etc) should open and generate a blank email with your form attached or you may be prompted to select a web based solution (GMail, Hotmail, Yahoo!) to email. If you do not encounter either of these options then you may simply email your completed form to: paigejordan@gmail.com. Just be sure to save and attach your form. If you are paying via PayPal, please include your PayPal email address on the application (in addition to your primary contact e-mail address).
   2. Print Form: Please print your form and mail to:

3. Pay your registration via PayPal. You may do so by clicking on the PayPal button below. You may also mail your payment, along with your registration form to:
